Pregnancy Podcasts!

If you would like to overdose on pregnancy information like I did, check out the free podcasts on Itunes listed below. Some are better than others, but I seriously could not get enough of this stuff while pregnant. All can be found by searching in Itunes but you can listen to episodes on their websites too:

• Pea in the Podcast http://www.peainthepodcast.com/ 
• PregTASTIC Online Radio (no longer posting new episodes, but old ones are available on itunes and their website) http://www.pregtastic.com/
• Preggie Pals http://www.preggiepals.com/ (the continuation of Pregtastic, also available as an app)
• Healthy Belly's Pregnancy http://www.thehealthybelly.com/

I think my favorite is PregTASTIC because they include a lot of authentic discussion on personal experiences of the podcasters. Most episodes include "ups and downs" for each person and there are many many birth stories presented. It was refreshing to me to hear everyday stories of real women after I had heard enough about all the more informative type pregnancy topics.
